Silton Coffee Co. is a small, independent, specialty coffee roastery, located on the edge of the beautiful North Yorkshire Moors. Based on a farm in converted stables, using solar energy and biomass boilers to help run the roastery. Our aim is to make specialty coffee more accessible and allow everyone to enjoy the highest grade coffees. With coffee, freshness is key. At Silton Coffee Co. we pride ourselves on hand roasting small batches on demand. We use ethically sourced, in season, high grade coffee beans.

Sustainability is at the heart of everything Silton Coffee Co. do. We use recyclable, carbon neutral, coffee bags and only roast exactly what we need, minimising any wasted energy.
